Jonathan Mann
External IT Engineer
Jon joined Albert Goodman in April 2007, and is a qualified Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) currently studying towards his MCSE qualification.
His skills vary from Desktop/Server support in Windows based operating systems, to Website Programming (XHTML/CSS) and Graphic Design.
Jon will be your first contact if you telephone the External IT Helpdesk, or if you use our Website Development services.

Matthew Morgan
IT Field Engineer
Matthew has been working in I.T for over 3 years at Albert Goodman providing 2nd line support, As a qualified Microsoft Certified System Administrator, he is a very experienced engineer with skills in desktop support, Windows 2003 server, Active Directory, Citrix presentation server, firewalls, WAN and LAN Technologies and Network troubleshooting. He has also been involved with many infrastructure implementations. In addition to his engineering role Matthew has many years in customer services, which has shown during his time at Albert Goodman.

He is now studying towards his Microsoft Certified System Engineer qualification and also Citrix Certified Administrator.

Ross Baker
Infrastructure Consultant
Ross graduated in BSc (Hons) Business Information Management Systems at The University of Plymouth. He has over 8 years IT experience, from helpdesk in the early part of his career to high level technical support and has worked in blue chip, Public and Private Sector companies including Business Link Somerset, Clarks HQ and Debenhams HQ.   Ross is now qualified as a (MCSE) Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. His role at Albert Goodman is an Infrastructure Consultant providing support and consultancy to clients. Ross specialises in high level server support and Exchange.

Kirsten Chinnock
Internal Support Engineer
Kirsten joined the Internal Support team in November 2007.  She is responsible for supporting, administering and upgrading AG's systems and hardware and also provides assistance to Jon when designing and coding websites/Intranets. In addition to a previous Helpdesk role, Kirsten’s experience in Customer Services has shown during her time here. She is currently studying towards her MCP qualification.

Sarah Dyer
IT Administrator
Sarah joined our Team in October 2007 from a customer service background, her role includes Marketing, Helpdesk Support & providing admin duties to the IT department. She also provides support to the Operations Manager and Project Director. Sarah will be able to assist any queries you may have.

Iain Reid
Network Manager
Iain Reid is the Network Manager of AG's internal systems.
Iain has worked at AG for more than six years and is responsible for supporting & administering as well as the strategic planning & upgrading of AG's Network and attached systems.

Joe Tilley
Operations Manager
Joe is a professional with more than 12 years experience in administration and financial management, leading a large team within the service sector. Joe joined Albert Goodman in August 2005 and her role is to manage the activities within the IT department which includes liaising with clients and suppliers, client quotations, stock procurement and overseeing the smooth running of the department.

Mark McEvans
Project Director
Mark is a computing and finance graduate who has worked at Albert Goodman for over six years. He is an experienced Microsoft engineer and PRINCE2 project manager. Mark has successfully managed the implementation of several ecommerce applications as well as providing infrastructure solutions to various clients with varying requirements. With a wealth of experience in the I.T sector Mark co-ordinates projects to ensure they are completed on time, on budget.

Mark Phillips
Internal IT Engineer
Mark is your second point of contact after having logged a helpdesk call. Mark’s main responsibility is to fix any internal workstation, server or network related issues.
He also helps maintain the internal intranet and its components. Mark also has software engineering skills which allows him to develop desktop & web applications to required specifications.

James Arscott
IT Helpdesk Engineer
James is an IT Helpdesk Engineer, he will be your first point of contact within the Helpdesk and will assist you with maximum efficiency to get your issue resolved.
